Biography

I am an AI software engineering at Huawei Hong Kong Research Center. I received Ph.D. degree in the Department of Computing at Hong Kong Polytechnic University (香港理工大学), supervised by Prof. Wenchao Xu and Prof. Song Guo (Fellow of IEEE). I am also a research student in PEILab. I received my M.E. degree in computer science and technology from Sun Yat-sen University, supervised by Prof. Di Wu and Prof. Miao Hu in NetLab, and B.E. degree in software engineering from Xidian University, ranking top 10%.

Research Topics

  • Multi-Modal Models: Specific topics like Vision Transformer, Video LLMs and their applications.

  • Efficient AI: Specific topics like token pruning and sparse attention.

  • Video streaming/analysis: Specific topics like 360-degree video streaming and video streaming with super resolution.
